PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. is founded on 16 December 1895, BRI Head Office is at present located at BRI I Building, Jl Jendral Sudirman Kav 44- 46, Jakarta, Indonesia.
BRI grows well in terms of assets, loan third party funds and net profit. As of 31 Dec 2009 BRII had more than 32 million accounts, comprising MMSMEs, large companies, private and government institution. BRI has committed to maintain its best performance, reflecting on its achievements and leading products focus on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
The growth of BRI’s loans and third party fund in 2009 reached 27.62 % and 26.12% respectively. By the end of 2009, BRI had more than 6,300 outlets comprising of regional office, branches, sub-branches, cash outlets, BRI Micro outlets and Teras (booth) BRI. In addition to the company’s broad network, BRI also serves BRI Priority Banking to selected costumer in designated branches.
